Farris Engineering, an industry leader in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering, announced the grand opening of a new office in Council Bluffs, Iowa. This new office expansion enables Farris Engineering to have a physical presence back in Iowa.

For close to 25 years, Farris Engineering had an office in Des Moines, Iowa. In 2017, that office closed with some employees transitioning to the Omaha office.

“Iowa is the natural choice for Farris Engineering’s expansion,” said Business Development Executive Darin Cielocha. “We continue to work on projects in Iowa and have established partnerships with several Architects as well. A local presence gives us the right edge to really assert ourselves as industry experts in Iowa.”

To support its growth, two employees from the Omaha office will occupy the space.

“While our main goal is to ensure that our existing clients get the support they need, we have significant capacity to support new clients in what continues to be a very high demand and competitive labor market,” said Cielocha.
