Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression engineering design for 23,500 sf auditorium addition that includes auditorium, green room, lighting and sound booths, dressing rooms, restrooms, and storage
Two rooftop units serve auditorium and stage, while heat pumps serve surrounding rooms
Distribution panel was added to provide power for the entire addition
Auditorium house lighting is comprised of LED fixtures for easier dimming and maintenance, and complete theatrical lighting and controls system was incorporated in the auditorium stage area
