Joslyn

  • A new 480/277V switchboard was added to provide power for the entire building.
  • The existing fluorescent lighting was replaced with new, more efficient LED lighting throughout the whole building. A new lighting control system was provided throughout the building as well in order to meet the International Energy Conservation Code.
  • Other replaced/new systems include data communications, access control and monitoring, addressable fire alarm, public address, and wireless clocks.

Lothrop

  • A new 208/120V switchboard was added to provide power for the entire building.
  • The existing fluorescent lighting was replaced with new, more efficient LED lighting throughout the whole building. A new lighting control system was provided throughout the building as well in order to meet the International Energy Conservation Code.
