Sidney is Site for New Farris Engineering Office.

Sidney, Neb., is the site for a new Farris Engineering office. Ben Schmitt, a registered mechanical engineer with more than 10 years’ experience, will provide services to the area.

“As a Sidney native, I am proud to bring a new company to the community to serve our region,” Ben said.

Area business people and residents were able to meet Ben and see the new office during a ribbon cutting held 11:30 a.m. Thursday, May 24. The Sidney office is at 844 11th Ave. You can meet Ben HERE

Ben has credentials in engineering and energy savings management and experience in new construction, renovations, and infrastructure projects.   He holds a master’s degree in engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
