Waukee Community School District

Design services for five new elementary school buildings, each including magnetic bearing chillers, high efficiency boilers, and daylight harvesting lighting control systems, and LED lighting. Schools included Grant Ragan, Maple Grove, Shuler, Waukee Elementary, Woodland Hills, and Radiant.
Waukee Middle School and Timberline School included two magnetic bearing chillers, high efficiency boilers, and a condenser and a chilled water packaged pumping system
The theater addition at Prairieview Middle School consisted of a 300-seat thrust theater stage with a complete walkable grid over entire theater with state-of-the-art theatrical lighting
High School addition included 24 classrooms, four weight rooms, and a new media center
A new 200 ton chiller system was added along with a 22,000 CFM energy recovery system to serve the fieldhouse for full occupancy situations
The fieldhouse, sized for 300 spectators, added high bay fluorescent lighting systems with overall lighting foot candles equal to collegiate level lighting requirements
