Waukee Community School District Timberline School

Waukee School District is one of the fastest-growing districts in Iowa – more space was needed to accommodate an influx of over 400 students annually.
Provided engineering design, bidding negotiation, and construction administration services for this new 190,000 SF building created as a second 8-9 school.
Integrated the mechanical-electrical-plumbing structure to support diverse educational experiences within specialized learning communities.
Media, creative, and technical areas at the school facilitate holistic student engagement and growth.
The project also included a soccer facility, practice football field, stadium with track, and a 10,000 SF space for daycare.
