Stephen is experienced in designing mechanical systems for commercial, industrial, institutional and governmental projects. He is proficient with criteria for Federal facilities and has designed several such projects as well as several central utility plants and distribution systems.

In his free time Stephen can be found woodworking, hunting or fishing.
