  • Provided mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection design services for the 122,700-sf Raven Precision Agriculture Center at South Dakota State University, featuring 35,000-sf of wet laboratories and 26,000-sf of high bay research and teaching spaces
  • Incorporated specialized areas such as a dynamometer bay, fabrication bay, bio-processing suite, woodshop, and 1/4 scale tractor lab, along with diverse laboratory spaces for chemistry, soils, crop production, and more
  • Designed the facility to achieve LEED Silver Certification with energy-saving features like lighting controls, daylighting, high-efficiency HVAC equipment, a reflective roofing surface, recycled materials, and a 50 KW solar panel array
  • Implemented a variable-air-volume (VAV) HVAC system with hot water reheat for precise temperature and humidity control, meeting both operational needs and LEED energy requirements
