Farris Engineering has expanded their Sidney, NE office with the addition of three recent hires. All three are highly regarded and will continue to serve clients through Farris’ unwavering dedication to quality, service and long-term partnerships.
Jeremy Klima, Senior Project Manager
Jeremy Klima brings more than 20 years of healthcare design and project management experience to the team. His focus through his career has been specialized electrical and telecommunications systems within healthcare facilities as well as K-12, higher education, industrial and commercial facilities.
As Senior Project Manager, Jeremy will be responsible for overseeing the design and development of detailed plans for our client’s projects. He believes that preparation and planning are key to ensure a successful outcome for all parties involved. As such, Jeremy will monitor the team’s overall process and operations from conceptualization until completion, ensuring the adherence to the specifications, within the budget goals, and the required deadline.
Kyle Gandee, Mechanical Engineer
Mechanical Engineer Kyle Gandee was born and raised in Sterling, CO and graduated from Colorado School of Mines in 2017. His work has focused on designing HVAC and plumbing systems specializing in the healthcare and education sector. Kyle recently passed the PE exam and is excited to grow his role in managing projects.
After hours, Kyle enjoys golfing or just hanging out with his family. He is also an avid supporter of all things Colorado sports; including the Broncos, Nuggets, Rockies and Avalanche.
Jacob Suter, Mechanical Engineer
After graduating from Colorado School of Mines in 2017, Jacob Suter worked as a mechanical engineer for a mechanical contractor and then for an equipment manufacturer. He brings extensive mechanical project experience including designing specialized air exhaust systems for hazardous locations.
Born and raised in Sterling, CO, Jacob is thrilled to be able to work on projects in the High Plains region. His work will focus on mechanical and plumbing design for healthcare and educational facilities.
Led by Ben Schmitt and Mark Mazour, Farris’ Sidney office has been providing engineering services since 2018. With this expansion they look forward to the next chapter in their relationship with you as they Bring Your Buildings to Life.
