Water source heat pumps with a geothermal bore field (80 wells, each 400 feet deep, by 5 ½” in diameter), variable refrigerant flow, variable air volume energy recovery ventilator

External “skin” to minimize heat gain or loss

A portion of building remained opened during construction

115-kilowatt rooftop solar array; 400-kilowatt offsite solar array; 130-kilowatt combined heat and power system
