  • The 25,000-sf building was completely gutted to create health, dental, and pharmaceutical service departments with multiple exam rooms, an x-ray department, procedure rooms and dental operatories.
  • Exterior building upgrades included all new exterior installed on the south of the building.
  • Additionally, all new HVAC, electrical, fire sprinkler, and fire alarm systems were installed to bring the facility up-to-date for current healthcare codes.
