  • The new facility will provide an expanded outpatient department, community health department, and a full array of ancillary and support services.
  • In total, the facility will house 35 medical and administrative departments, an EMS post, a helipad, and infrastructure for a future 82-person living unit development.
  • Special features include water storage and backup power for three days of operation and a 20-acre lagoon site.
  • This project will be LEED Gold Certified and will meet GSA Guiding Principles.
