Farris Engineering celebrates Engineers Week with the announcement that one of its projects received the Grand Award from the American Council of Engineering Companies of Nebraska (ACEC Nebraska).

Our company was recognized for engineering design for the extensive renovation that created CHI Health’s Creighton University Medical Center-Bergan Mercy.

The project relocated the Level 1 Trauma Center and academic teaching functions from the former Creighton University Medical Center to a new area within a busy working hospital, Bergan Mercy, requiring extensive collaboration and project phasing.

Each year ACEC Nebraska recognizes its member engineering firms for project innovation. On hand to accept the award for Farris Engineering was; Phil Schrieier, Project Principal, Michael Wallace, Project Manager, Brian Howell, Mechanical Engineer, Ericka Nienhueser, Electrical Engineer and Tom Svoboda, President/CEO.
