As Employee-Ownership Month comes to a close, we want to give one last “Thank You!” to our awesome employee-owners for all they do to make a positive, personal impact on other team members, our clients, and in our community! We understand and see firsthand how employee ownership can positively impact the culture of our company and the local communities in which we serve.

Throughout October employees participated in a month-long campaign to acknowledge the value of employee ownership. We participated in several activities, learned some new fast facts, and celebrated being 100% Employee Owned by enjoying some pie together in each office – recognizing that all employee owners can get a piece of the pie!
