  • New two-story office building, serving as the company's new headquarters.
  • Designed to accommodate approximately 80 employees with offices, conference space, indoor and outdoor lounges, fitness center, and training space.
  • The mechanical system consisted of three variable air volume rooftop units serving individual VAV boxes with reheat for optimum temperature control and energy efficiency.
  • The facility was designed with energy-efficient LED lighting throughout and included decorative, modern fixtures to complement the modern architectural design of the facility.
  • A natural gas generator was also included to provide emergency power to the server area and IT infrastructure.
  • A full audio/visual system was designed for the conference rooms to allow for streamlined presentation methods for training seminars.
