- $45 million renovation for the largest academic library to receive net-zero construction, where building produces as much (or more) energy than it consumes.
- 51,038 sf renovation; 47,232 sf addition.
- Combined heat and power micro turbines.
- Extension of campus high temperature hot water and chilled water systems.

- Water source heat pumps with a geothermal bore field (80 wells, each 400 feet deep, by 5 ½" in diameter), variable refrigerant flow, variable air volume energy recovery ventilator.

- A portion of building remained opened during construction.
- 115-kilowatt rooftop solar array; 400-kilowatt offsite solar array; 130-kilowatt combined heat and power system.
