  • $15.22 million new building, 60,000 sf, which features conference and meeting facilities
  • Tall exterior windows provide campus views; for winter comfort, warm air is provided by hot water radiant fin tubing installed below the windows
  • Building heating and cooling is provided by two 30,000 CFM air handling units; return air systems manage building pressurization; DDC controlled zones with variable air volume units with hot water reheat coils
  • Systems are tied into the campus chilled water and steam systems; relief air exits through louvers in the underground garage to provide ventilation and partial climate control for the garage
  • Use of natural lighting to reduce lighting costs
  • Mass notification/fire alarm system
  • Commissioning services included air handling units, heat exchanger, pumps, building automation system, lighting controls, and plumbing systems
