Farris Engineering’s Colorado Springs office opened in 1981 to serve the area’s thriving federal market and local private sector market.  This office established a reputation for performing local and federal work, including the nearby military bases and now has a number of IDIQ contracts with the United States Air Force Academy and Peterson Field that involves federal installations around the world.  Private sector projects include new facilities and renovations at the local colleges and public school districts, along with several of the City of Colorado Springs municipal buildings and fire stations including the Police Operations Center, the Robert M. Isaac Municipal Court Building, and the Lester B. Williams Fire Department Complex.

The staff in the Colorado Springs Office includes four senior registered engineers with over 100 years of combined engineering expertise.
